Congratulations to Beyond Yoga, a fast-growing, premium athletic and lifestyle apparel brand, in its acquisition by Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.) The acquisition will allow the combined entity to leverage Levi Strauss’ strong global distribution platform to bring the Beyond Yoga brand to more consumers, while executing significant product category expansion in the athleisure category. The acquisition represented an aggregate purchase price of approximately $400 million.
