Safelite AutoGlass® (“Safelite”) Acquires Reliable Glass LLC (“Reliable”) Automotive Glass, division to Safelite® Group, Facilitated by Hexagon Capital Alliance LLC (“HCA”)
Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Reliable’s Automotive Glass division is a leading provider of vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration services to Arizona customers for over 20 years.
