Royal Range of California

Electrolux Professional Group (“Electrolux Professional”) has acquired Royal Range of California (“Royal Range”), an innovative designer and manufacturer of commercial cooking equipment.

Founded in 1995, the company is based in Eastvale, California, offering a broad range of commercial cooking equipment, including ranges, fryers, broilers, and more.  The company operates in a state-of-the-art, 52,000-square-foot production facility. An increase in consumer demand for dining out has allowed Royal Range to capitalize on food segments in the U.S.

Electrolux Professional AB is listed on the Swedish Stock Exchange (OM:EPRO B).  Electrolux Professional provides food service, beverage, and laundry products and solutions to restaurants, hotels, healthcare, educational, and other service facilities.  It operates in two segments, Food & Beverage and Laundry.  The company’s products and solutions are sold in over 110 countries.

Hexagon Capital Alliance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Royal Range. Legal services were provided by Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC (“FBFK”).
