Hexagon Capital Alliance LLC (“HCA”) advises Olympic Wire and Equipment (“Olympic or OWE”) on its Sale to Impact Environmental Group (“IEG”) , a portfolio company of funds managed by Aurora Capital Partners (“Aurora”).
Headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, OWE was founded by Jim Walker in 1995, and is a premier provider of baling equipment, baling wire, parts and service for various industrial markets, including the waste, recycling, and packaging industries. Olympic offers several types of baling wire and equipment such as horizontal and vertical balers, and components for equipment manufactured by Harris, American Baler, Green Machine and other machinery makers.
Hexagon Capital Alliance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Olympic Wire and Equipment.
